Join the Alaska Orff Chapter for a sharing session at Nunaka Valley Elementary.
Many teachers have these questions: How can I teach the Orff process when my students can not work together? How can I do an Orff lesson with all the movement or with all those instruments when the kids can not handle it and might hurt themselves or the instruments? How can I teach an Orff lesson if I don't have any Orff instruments?
If you have these questions please attend the next Orff sharing session Friday, April 1st at Nunaka Elementary. Questions on classroom management will be addressed and discussed and resources will be given.
This sharing session will be hosted by Carolyn Downie who has a masters with a emphasis in Orff-Schulwerk. She has taught in private schools and public schools and is currently teaching at a Title I school.
